MOTHERHOOD
Women have been in most part of my narrative, many of them are still locked in the conservative doors of our society. Fortunately, most of my friends are comfortable to share their openness and their stories. As they dance the flow in becoming a parent, they have given me the opportunity to render my concept and to document portions of their motherhood.
I have seen many works of other photographers handling maternity shoots, with all the silhouettes and wonderful outfits many of them or almost all are creatively done to look like what we see in the commercials. Along the way i find my artistic approach to be applicable to those who have creative minds while having their pregnancy. After producing a wholesome look of their maternity session i somehow incorporate the mood that gives them to think the "doubts and uncertainty". When we all know that not all are perfectly postured or prepared for their pregnancy i ask them with my question, a simple question that helped them to project in front of my camera. - you know its tough but are you prepared?
Maternity shoots also gave me the gateway to enter nude photography, it is where i seen remarkable changes of a woman's body. By the concepts and discipline that i have created, i have molded a unique style in taking portrait and nude photographs.
