It was the month of June 2018 when news and weather forecast announced the arrival of typhoon Domeng, first typhoon to hit the Philippines. Immediately my team and i arranged for an special article to cover baler and at the same time to take advantage of the weather as many surfers would be seen along the coastal area of Sabang.
Manila was flooded, unfortunately while in Baler there was no sign of rain. A local friend suggested us to stay at their place in Munting Gasang, Baler, Aurora. Casa Moorea offers a unique and cozy place for tourists to stay. It's air-con nipa hut style rooms are so pleasing and relaxing.
